5 Most Common Spiritual Awakening Physical Symptoms

If you are having a spiritual awakening or you are going through ascension, chances are you are experiencing a few uncomfortable physical symptoms. In this article, I am going to walk you through the most common 5 spiritual awakening physical symptoms giving you a few suggestions about how to treat them (these are not meant to be medical advice).

Going through ascension can be overwhelming for our bodies, the activation of the pineal gland (third eye), higher frequencies and the DNA upgrade can bring at the beginning of our journey more discomfort than positive effects.

These awakening physical symptoms are temporary and can easily be treated but the most important thing is to remember to be patient, embrace the changes as part of our transformation without resisting.

How to treat it. Understand where these emotions are coming from and face them once for all. Get plenty of rest, drink plenty of water and herbal teas.

2.Back pains. Usually, this pain is associated with the Kundalini’s Awakening along the spine which has the purpose of removing blockages and freeing the energy. I am periodically going through these pains myself so I know very well how uncomfortable they can be, sometimes I cannot even move or I have the feeling that someone is stabbing me in back.
How to treat it. Always remember to treat your back and your pain with kindness, aggressive treatments may results in more resistance in your body and eventually in more pain.

The skin is the biggest organ of the body and it is literally the mirror of the soul: whenever you experience unbalances, they will come out from your skin.
Sometimes the skin reactions can be very painful leaving us literally on fire.
How to treat it. The best way to treat this symptom is to use natural treatments such as aloe vera, coconut oil, lavender oil, apple cider vinegar, wild rose. Until the pain is gone, try to avoid synthetic fabrics and wear comfortable clothes. In terms of food, eat plenty of tomatoes, kale, broccoli, spinach, lemons, cucumber, ginger and limes.

4.Exhaustion and fatigue. You soul is trying to merge with your own body and the energies are moving very fast expelling everything that does not serve you anymore.
How to treat it. Listen to your body: if you are tired, rest. You will have soon plenty of energy, don’t worry.

5.More infections/illness. You might temporarily experience strong infections or you might take longer to recover from illness. As we let go and we release low vibrational attachments such as anger, fear, ego and negativity, our human part resists to the process creating friction with our true self.
How to treat it. Daily meditation, plenty of rest, walking in nature are the best ways to help your body. In terms of food, leafy green vegetables, oranges and vitamin C will help you to recover much faster.
